The back-end build for a new website for acclaimed lifestyle publication Kinfolk with a bespoke solution for e-commerce and online subscription management, including sophisticated paywall functionality.
Working with design agency Six, we were tasked to deliver the complete back-end functionality and improved e-commerce user experience for the new Kinfolk website.
Working closely with Six, we developed a highly flexible, modular layout structure, allowing Kinfolk complete freedom to arrange and display their rich editorial content fluidly via the customised content management system.
We also created a system for the integration of subtle, modular display advertising and sponsored content. In addition we delivered a robust solution for online subscriptions and paywall functionality to accommodate multiple subscriber levels.
